thinking about wading around there. never fished there befor. I was wondering if any body had info.

I have fished it a couple of times right behind Tenzars market where the Quabog and Ware rivers come together. All I've caught there are little smallmouth and pan fish on various color roostertails. I talked with a guy who I've seen fishing further downstream behind the old Tambrands building and he says he occasionally pulls trout from that section. If you just want to have some fun and kill a couple hours try the stretch from the pool below the dam at Red Bridge down stream to the bridge on East St. Bring your ultra-light rod and a selection of spinners and spoons. You can have a blast catching little smallmouth, rock bass, white perch,etc. I have even caught the occasional trout in this stretch.
