First i'd like to say what a great web site!! Thumbsup I'm going to goose pond on sat. for the first time. Fishing1 is there any thing i should know?? what's the best lure to use for bass here?? Notsure thanks.

Never fished the pond you mentioned but there might be a couple of members who have.

I had fished Goose thought the ice,and did very well.When you come off the ramp go to the left and follow it till you look to the right and head down toward the back.Nice LM Bass Yellows Pickeral and monster Punkers,are what I cuaght though the ice.Thats about all I can give you.I hope it helps.

It also has some nice smallmouth and is one of the ponds they put the salmon brood stock in. A friend of mine long lines streamers trolling in an S pattern for them.
