Just put it in the crock pot and its ready when you get home.
I made it and got a package of Scallop Potato mix that takes 20 min in the oven and canned french cut green beans in a can.For the complete meal! The meat is awesome.

Amazing flavor, and so simple! No salt needed here, in fact, you may wish to use half the Ranch dressing mix to cut back on the saltiness.

Made it last night with the italian, ranch, and brown gravy. It was great. I also sliced up an onion and put it in with it at the begining. It was great! I've been bragging about it all day.
-Someone today mentioned to pan sear the roast before putting it in to kkep more of the flavor in. I didn't have any problem with the flavor doing it regularly. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with searing it first?
