Took a ride on the

along the river from the Sunderland bridge down to North Hadley pond.


It was iced up a look north. Mt Sugarloaf in the background

A look South. The noise the water was makeing was real stange you could here the water gurgleing under the ice quite loud.

I was with in 15 feet of this hawk got off my quad and the bird never moved.

what's cool is people believe that the whole river is frozen when in fact it is not! I may go out this weekend!

Oh alright that's what i figured because now that i remember, you would be able to see the bridge from there.

No chains. you must of stayed on the snowmobile trail.Did you come across the swamp or go around it.That pic was taken from the old boat ramp i think.

I only put it in 4 wd twice once at the "hippy" trail and comming up out of the rest area. North of the old ramp. Not sure what swamp but rideing across N.Hadley pond was a trip, watch it if you go out there. Yikes
