Any members big into reading books? I used to be big into Harry Potter Books and was starting to get into Steven King novels. But I don't really get the time to read books much any more with school, work, sports, girlfriends and video games.

I like to read books about flying in the vietnam war and Tom Clancy books. A good fishing book I'd recommend is "On the Run". Its about a guy who fishes for stripers from Maine to North Carolina. Very good read. I read it in two days because I couldn't put it down. I don't get to read as much as I'd like to now that I'm in school.

"The Old Man and the Sea" - Ernest Hemmingway- short story-about a 3-4 hour read but really great.

"Moby Dick" - Hermann Melville. - long, with old fashioned language but very entertaining and informative about the ol whaling fleet.:)

My favorite books/magazines are Bass Pro Shops Master Catalog, Cabelas, On the Water magazine, they have changed my life forever. They have great pictures of boats, fish, and outdoor scenery. On the Water has some great stories, pics, fishing reports that keep me busy throughout the entire summer. They also keep my sanity during the winter months. :) :D
