Report of the Week Winner for 10/25/08 to 11/1/08

I think we all can agree that this deer season has been on the slow side. With an overabundance of natural food sources at the beckon call of all the forests critters, its no wonder we can't connect with or even see the elusive white-tail. Well, I should speak for myself, because some have had that wonderful thing called "luck" on their side. dbllung has been touched with some luck this season and has come out of the gates with a very nice buck. He dropped a 215 lb. 8 pointer that appears to have reaped the full-belly benefits of what the forest floor is loaded with...plenty of food!!!

Congrats to dbllung on leading the Buck Challenge thus far and for winning this weeks "Report of the Week".

man i can't wait till dbllung puts up pics of his trophy room (some) would call it luck i would call it skill in his case Chill1 He gets a buck like this every year Thumbsup dbllung get those pics up soon to show how LUCKY you are.

FYI when the belly of that deer was cut open all it had was grass in it theres very little acorns down this way this year
